We held a member meeting online on Wednesday, May 15th 2024.
The agenda included updates on our various projects and Working Groups: our RTTL and ThreatList sample-sharing systems, the AMTSO Standard and Test Calendar, our XDR Testing Criteria project, and our New Frontiers group working on outreach to enterprise purchasers and operators of security solutions. This was folllowed by discussion of plans for new projects, including guidance on Sandbox evaluation, a new VPN Testing guidance project, and ideas for improving testing of anti-scam/phishing technologies. We also had an update on AMTSO’s marketing and outreach work, including details of the recent refresh of the member site.
The event also featured our annual Board election hustings, giving members a chance to meet the candidates for the open director positions and ask questions. The deadline for members to stand as candidates was April 22nd, 2024, and voting runs from May 8th to June 3rd.

The next member meeting will be held on September 30th in Dublin, Ireland, to be followed on October 1st by a guest day with invited speakers and attendees.
