INFORMATION REGARDING CONSENT TO RECEIVE MATERIALS BY ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION
Upon consent, AMTSO members may receive corporate documents from AMTSO ? including notices of meetings, written ballots for voting, etc., through the Internet, email or via fax. Please note that AMTSO members receiving such documents have the right, at their request, to 1) receive information from AMTSO in paper or nonelectronic form at no fee, and 2) are free to withdraw their consent to have AMTSO documents and records sent to them electronically at any time by informing AMTSO in a letter of such intent.
By consenting to receive AMTSO materials by electronic transmission, members are consenting to AMTSO transmitting any AMTSO-related materials, including notices of member meetings, written election ballots, annual reports, actions by written consent, and other corporate records that may be sent by AMTSO to members, which include documents relating to rights to vote on AMTSO matters and be informed of AMTSO activities and decisions.
Hardware/ Software Requirements
The hardware and software required in order to receive email transmissions from AMTSO are (i) any personal computer capable of running a browser or electronic mail program and accessing the Internet and (ii) any electronic mail program. To receive facsimile transmissions, one needs only a standard facsimile machine.
